A - Here we take your privacy and security very seriously; Happyorchid.com is a secure site ensuring safety of all information, we use one of the worlds leading secure online payment networks, to process all transactions.
Q - How long will my orchid last?
A - At happyorchid all of our orchids are hand picked for their quality and will last 10 - 12 weeks and often even longer.
Q - How often do I need to water my orchid?
A - Orchids prefer not to be over watered, so every 7 - 10 days is a good guide, you should never have standing water in your orchid vase.
Q - Is my orchid a lover of direct sunlight or shade?
A - To keep Your orchid happy place it in a well lit or shady spot, but never in direct sunlight.
Q - What is the latest order time to confirm a next day delivery?
A - Orders placed before 2.30pm Monday-Friday can be delivered by special next day delivery, orders placed before 12.30pm Saturday can be delivered on Monday by special delivery. For all advance orders just indicate your required delivery day on the order page.
Q - When will happyorchid deliver the orchid?
A - At happyorchid we will deliver on your chosen delivery day before 1.00pm.
Q - Will the orchid need to be signed for when delivered?
A - The delivery is by special next day tracked delivery and needs a signature on receipt of the orchid.
Q - What will happen if there is no one to accept the delivery?
A - The Orchid will be taken to a delivery centre for redelivery or pick up, a card will be posted giving you these options.
Q - Will my message card be sent with the orchid?
A - Your message card will be placed with the orchid in our unique delivery box, ensuring both are received together.
Q - Will the orchid be sent with care instructions?
A - All orchids are packed with a "keep me happy" care card, which is a comprehensive guide to orchid care.
Q - Will I be able to choose the colour of the orchid that you deliver for me ?
A - We are happy to pick a perfect colour for you, however you are able to specify a colour when ordering your orchid.
